Pakistan and India have a long border between the two countries. This boundary line starts from the Kashmir and goes to the Karachi. The border between both countries consist mountains, fields, big grounds, deserts and the ocean. Pakistan and India have a harsh history since the independence of both countries. That’s why people are very emotional against each other. In the march of 2010 I got an opportunity to visit the Sulemanki sector of Pak-Ind border. This sector comes under the region of Bahawalnagar. In my visit with friends, We visited the border area and went to different posts of Pak Army. We also met their with army men and asked them about the situation and information of the area.

Hiran Minaar Shekhupura

Mughals are famous for their unique and marvelous building structures. They maid huge and beautiful buildings all around the sub-continent. Mughals gained fame by making buildings on different occasions. As Shahjahan is famous for making the Taj Mehal on the death of his beloved wife, Another Mughal ruler Jahangeer made this historical structure on the death of his beloved Deer. Hiran Minaar is a perfect example of Mughal art. Huge parks and grounds make it more beautiful. Boating facility is also available in the main pond. Stairs to go on top of the Minaret are closed now. The place is located near the Shekhupura City.

Head Balloki

Head Balloki is a nice picnic spot near Lahore to enjoy with family or friends. It is over the river and if the river is full of water, you can increase the enjoyment of your trip. Boating facility is also available. One important thing about the place is fresh fry fish of the river. I like the scene of sun set there.
